Food Allergy Test - Sample Report

The food allergy test used in our clinic is the ELISA Food Allergy Panel. ELISA stands for Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay, a term describing the biochemical process whereby the antibodies are detected in your blood.

This test is a direct measurement of your immune system's response to food. The ELISA food allergy test measures both IgG and IgE antibodies, unlike other food allergy testing.

A sample report is shown below. Once your test results have been received the doctor will go through them with you in great detail and provide you with your own color copy.
